The Partnership has management of Carlton Community Centre which is located in Carlton Park. The centre is currently used by football and cricket clubs, Royston Cub Scouts and a Keep Fit class. There is also a Youth Club provision on Monday and Wednesday evenings.

The facilities at Carlton are in need of refurbishment. Some improvements have already been carried out and others are underway. The Partnership will continue to seek funding to continue with improvements.

The Carlton Community Centre sub-group was established in November 1996 and its aim is to:

"...establish a community centre for the people in Carlton village to enable the local people to maximise their potential through personal and social development in order for them to contribute to the sustainability and quality of life of their own community."
